Uh-oh—someone pecked a tiny hole in this otherwise perfect egg, that weighed a record 72 grams!
The cat-cops feed damaged eggs to the hens. I wonder if that’s why the hen (whoever she was) pecked it in the first place? Chickens think eggs are delicious, too! 🐴

- Wow, it was 70 at 8AM. It's raining off and on, so as you can see we were sent out without our fly masks (although we did get a good soak with some nice citronella-scented spray). We hope the flies keep their distance, because we always enjoy going out without the masks: It makes it easier for us to give each other dirty looks!
